We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy on all standard products. Items must be unused, in original condition, and have all tags intact. Returns are inspected within 72 hours, and exchanges are delivered within approximately 15 business days.
2. Who pays for return shipping and additional charges?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Handling fees and shipping charges are non-refundable. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, we will cover the cost of sending a replacement.
3. Can I get a refund, and how long does it take?
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. Once your return is approved, you will receive a confirmation email within 10 business days. Note that original shipping and handling charges are not refunded.
